I would recommend Brian Faust to anyone looking to purchase or sell a residential or commercial property. I used Brian to sell my house, and to purchase two commercial locations for my business. Everything went super smoothly and he was very helpful in all areas. Purchasing the commercial locations involved a lot of moving parts including communication with Brian, the sellers agent, bank, architect, and contractor. Brian was awesome in facilitating and helping with all of this communication and took a lot of the load off of me. He was knowledgeable and explained things very well. Because I run a business, my time is valuable and I am a stickler for time management. He was always on time to meet, would call when he said he would and text when he said he would and his turnaround time to text or call me back to answer my questions was always very fast and very thorough.
